Had a good xmas( because I am too lazy to type the whole word out lol)... came out with a Wacom Bamboo Create Tablet. Having tech problems with getting it to function properly but I am still excited to have the eventual abilities it grants. anyways, working on lit more than graphics lately and I can't be posting the freebies to my book so you won't be seeing anything from me yet. maybe something here or there in the edits of old stuff but nothing new that I see in the near future. Sorry guys!

Had an awesome thanksgiving with the family! Deep Fried Turkey and I brought FRIED RICE!!! hahha eternally rebellious? no... just born to be Asian! Actually more accurately is that my wife's family is Korean and everyone that knew how to make fried rice kinda... died over the past couple years. Luckily I was born on the continent in the wrong era and have been doing Asian cooking for years. I tried my hand at fried rice and it was a hit with her family. So I took it to my family who are a bunch of blue blooded, hard working, ranch raised, americans... except my dad... He is from Hawaii(still caucasian but not so ranch handed) but either way It was a HUGE hit and everyone loved it. my Dad actually took half the left overs which wasn't really much considering how much food and how many people were there. It was good times... ended the night with my Dad probing me about my imaging software (JASC Paint Shop Pro 9) and we ended up leaving an hour later than planned. very pleased. hope everyone had a good holiday!

So i am still working on character development while at the same time developing script and organizing page layouts and ideas. pretty busy with all of it actually. My friend has missed the past two meetings that we were supposed to set up but I am pretty used to that by now. I thin I am gonna take a break from uploading all my stuff as soon as it is done. Currently I am doing work on developing Elijah/D. He is a different type of character for me all together. Never done his hair style, facial structure, facial hair, and the texturing of the face is something that I am still getting used to(very similar to Outlaw Star, which is probably my favorite type of animation) it's tough getting all this new stuff in the same character so I am gonna take my time with it. Yet again I have found another project to keep me from writing my book more.

Doing some research for my next character image D(Elijah Dark) who is the main character of SD. Oddly enough I am starting to realize that this character has ALOT to do with my MGS enthusiasm. He is a fail GENETIC mod project turned EXOSKELETAL NINJA who was chosen for his RECON experience. The image I have in my head is far to similar to Solid Snake with Raiden and Grey Fox's armor. Now I am not planning on having him battling giant mech suits...(on a seperate note i suggest EVERYONE google Kuratas and start saving $2mil to BUY YOUR DREAM) but I do plan on having him, and Mu, tearing down shadow government and shady corporations operations.

I start to worry that maybe people will think of it as some type of spin off fanfic which is NOT my intentions. If anyone is reading... please give some feedback.

Soooooo excited about introducing Mu! Definitely going to be a fun character to develop. Super excited to start SD and let everyone meet her. go check her out in my Sakura Dark Development folder!
